Complete redesign and modernization of the internal journal of the Province of Liège into an 8-pages quarterly publication divided into 4 main themes (11,000 copies per issue). The objective was to enhance readability by condensing the information as much as possible while giving greater priority to photos.

Refonte complète et modernisation du journal interne de la Province de Liège en un quadrimestriel 8 pages divisés en 4 thématiques principales (11 000 parutions par exemplaire). L'objectif était d'y amener plus de lisibilité en condensant au maximum l'information tout en accordant une priorité plus importante aux photos.
